Return and Exchange
You are entitled to return or exchange the goods within 7days on which you receive the goods. To exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your order detail and reason for return, by email: email@example.com, or by phone 0121 454 8778.
Return and exchange does not apply to the made-to-measure goods or any special orders.
Once your return is accepted, you will receive a Return Form via email. Please fill in this Return Form and enclose it to your return parcel. If you require an exchange, then contact us to check stock availability.
Items must be returned in the original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer’s expense, return will not be acceptable, if any tag has been removed from the goods, or items has been damaged, or items already are used/worn.

After we receive the returns and inspected the goods, refund or exchange will be arranged within 5-7working days, subject to all satisfied conditions.
