Orders
All online orders are subject to availability.
By placing an online order, you must be over 18 years of age.
Please confirm that the information you provide is true, including Name, Address and Payment details.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received your order. Then you will receive a further email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for shipping. Order dispatch times may vary according to availability, especially for made-to-measure goods.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if your payment is not authorized or the product is no longer available, or any other reasons that make us unable to accept your order. In this case, we may notify you as soon as we can.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa Debit, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, PayPal and Bank Transfer in Pounds Sterling currency only. For customers who pay with a foreign bank card,your bank card issuer will convert it to British Pounds Sterling value.
All prices shown on website are inclusive of VAT. For overseas order, customer may be charged for local VAT or import tax.

International Delivery: International signed-for delivery available, cost varies.
Return and Exchange
You are entitled to return or exchange the goods within 7days on your receipt of the goods provided it is in its original, unused condition, and with the original packaging and labels. All the tags that is inserted through the veil’s comb must be intact. A Return Form is required to fill in when you return goods.

Order Cancelation
Free order cancelation is available if order has not been dispatched. If however, your order has been shipped, you will be charged for the delivery cost and responsible for return cost.
